Beneath the surface of this straight-forward looking website lies a complex set of algorithms to help business customers reduce their energy costs. An online “wizard” application form takes the user through a series of questions to ascertain their best cost saving options.

The College of Law’s publishing division required more than just an online shop; students need supplementary materials such as podcasts, updated chapter material and online exams to test their subject knowledge from the book. Bliss built a fully content managed (CMS) website with integration into the publishers stock control system as well as a third party questionnaire program.

This design lead website was created for Tigershark as a show area for their creative filming and production outfit in Edinburgh. The functionality is kept simple but our Content Management System allows Tigershark to upload and display video files as well as you tube videos clips

Bliss Systems developed and installed a customised CRM application which enables users to plan client meetings and keep up to date on projects. The system allows for business managers to track project progress and for admin staff to access calendar and booking information. Bliss Systems also developed a bespoke meeting booking system that integrates with Microsoft Outlook. This allows users to book meetings using specific data relating to clients within the CRM. The whole system has been developed such that as the requirements of the business grow, so does the system.

This highly interactive animated Flash website was created to integrate in with Addleshaw Goddards intranet. The stylistic design, created by Radford Wallis was nominated for the prestigious XXXXX award and features advanced integration between Flash and a backend SQL Server database.

A redistributable designer application was built from the ground up using the Microsoft .NET graphics libraries, VB.NET and C#. Users can drag and drop components such as walls and furniture into their home design while a realtime cost list is displayed. Once the user is happy with the design then a simple button click sends the design to Casencia where it is automatically converted and loaded into AutoDesk via the LISP API. This is an advanced app requiring a careful technical architecture and solid Object Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.

Intelligent health are pioneers in using new technologies to provide motivation and measurement for healthy lifestyles in modern times. Bliss helped integrate RFID technology (think Oyster card) into a variety of fitness related activities and stored health information such as calories used and distance walked in a secure database.

This well respected university required bespoke software for its semiconductor optics team to enable them to take reliable data via automation of control and measurement systems. The automation software dramatically reduced the time required to perform experiments and collate data, enhancing the department’s research capability.

Corporate venture experts Acceleris must project a professional, business-like image while maintaining a sense of being approachable and in the main stream of progress. Bliss Systems were asked to provide design the new corporate site including extranet (client login) area. Design iterations were undertaken to narrow the look and feel down to attract both investors and new entrepreneurs.

MWM are leaders in the field of international Executive Search and Boardroom Advice and while their technical website requirements are modest, the image portrayed must be inline with their “best of breed” service.

The DVD contains over 90 minutes of beautifully shot footage, including orchid essentials, masterclasses, tools of the trade and an overview of the main orchids and their native habitats. It also features an exclusive interview with the Earl of Mansfield on the orchid collection at Scone.

Third wave needed a CMS driven website with a few customised areas of thier own and, of course, Bliss were happy to take on the integration. The website features extranet-like areas whereby visitors must register thier interest before being allowed to download any of a slection of white papers.
